PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Orders requiring shipping must be paid online, while for in-store pickup and delivery to Piacenza, you can choose to pay cash upon delivery.

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your “right of withdrawal” and request the return of one or more items purchased within 14 days of delivery (the time available to you will be calculated starting from the date of delivery attempt).
It is possible to return only products that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, and accompanied by their intact packaging.
Any product returned not in compliance with the conditions described above will not be refunded.
Products must be sent back in a single shipment and, where possible, in the original outer packaging.
Products to be returned must be handed over to the courier within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to return one or more products.

It is not possible to return a product purchased in-store through the online return procedure.
